I look forward to collaborating with you to implement realistic and personalized strategies that can be sustained for life. I will meet you where you are and will guide and support you on your individual journey to better health.

Initial Visit: During your initial visit, we will do a comprehensive review of your health history and symptoms, and collaborate on coming up with realistic strategies that are tailored to you and your current lifestyle. My role is to guide you on this journey and to provide support in implementing individualized and sustainable lifestyle habits (60 minutes).

I am always available for quick check-ins in-between appointments to discuss any questions you may have or obstacles you are encountering.

Follow-up Visit: During follow-up visits, we will review your progress and collaborate on setting new goals (45 - 60 minutes).

Private Pay: $150/visit

For out-of-network plans, I am able to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
